The Experience
Coming from Imus, Cavite, I decided to leave before 4PM because our call time is 5PM. I am not really familiar with the place but I know it is just near Mall of Asia. Glad that I am with some of my blogger friends and after about 10 minutes of walking, we arrived at the terminal of Manila Bay Cruises.
We arrived earlier than expected and glad that they have a spacious and clean waiting area. After we got the tickets, we started to roam around the area as we were waiting for the sun to set.
At exactly 5:30PM we were informed that we can already go to the cruise ship. Yey! I was so excited and busy taking pictures that I didn’t notice people are already going inside the ship! Haha!
Everything outside is so calm and sweet. Seeing family, friends, and couples smiling happily in love in the moment is a pure bliss to experience.
Let’s then see what’s inside this cruise ship.
PRO-TIP! Choose the upper deck as you’ll get to enjoy the cruise and the Manila lights more if you choose to stay here.
However, brace yourselves as it gets very windy and cold in the latter part of the cruise.
It was about 15 minutes when we have settled on the upper deck of the cruise ship and enjoying the glorious sunset when the waiters announced that we can already get food from the buffet table on the lower deck.
I was so hungry I ate these all! Not that fancy though but I love everything on my plate. And especially the soup!
Say ‘Hi!’ to my blogger friends, Travel with Bes, Aleli, and Capturing Footprints, Christian! Missing The Fanboy SEO, Earl here!
Since the day we sailed was a Chinese New Year, we got to see a few minutes of fireworks show at the Mall of Asia. It was again the first time that I get the chills and awe while watching a fireworks display. Feels like I am a kid again. Haha!
During the 1 hour and 30 minutes cruise, I cannot help but feel kilig that I even catch myself smiling for no particular reason! I guess it was just because I am starting to learn how to live my life in the moment, to really cherish blessings God has given me every single day and to just thank Him for the beauty of everything.
Overall, I had a very memorable cruise with Sun Cruises. Wanna recommend this to our readers? Yes! Definitely.
